First time GEC buyer needs advice

Hey all,

I'm getting ready to order my first GEC knife, and I'm wondering where most buy them. Who has the best stock? Who's willing to look over their stock and find just the 'right' one for you? That kind of thing. Thanks in advance for any light you all can shed.

I won't recommend one over another (as it would be against forum rules as well as I've had pleasant dealings with all I've bought from which is most of this list) but here is a list of GEC distributors. You can review their sites for what you'd like and give them a call to talk it over. They're really nice folks. And most have 100% satisfaction guarantees so you can return a knife if you don't like it.
 
I started by Googling 'Great Eastern Cutlery', then picked the sites I thought had the best layout, price, and selection.

I'm sure lots of folks will PM you with where they like to buy.

I've only bought one, and I can't remember from where, so I'm not going to be of much help.

I think this is as good an answer as you will get. And with it, I will close this thread before someone says something they should not.
