First Time Handle Slabs on Kit Knives

Purchased these 8 to 10 years ago. I also sourced some burl handle slabs. The first knife I used Corby fasteners and ended up sanding into the void so had holes in the bolts. I got frustrated and they sat in a drawer until now. I used pins on the other two.

Not sure where I got the handle material, but I like it also. Stabilized burl I guess.

Thanks for looking.

They look fine to me. Make simple sheaths for them and carry them around, show ‘em some scenery, scratch ‘em up a little.

There isn’t hardly anybody in my county carrying a knife they made themselves. It kinda sets you apart from the crowd.
