Hey everyone
I've been making knives for 2 years now and I would like to try making some damascus, but the main question I've had for a while is, if you use for exemple 1095 and 15N20 and you forge it into a damascus billet and make a knife out of it, can you still harden it like it would be just 1095?
It's not like one of the two steels will get hard and the other will remain soft, right?
