In the last month or so I have begun my knife making journey! Really enjoying the learning process and humbly accept all advice. Since i'm a newbie, I'm a little unsure where to look for all the goods... So, I have a question for anyone in the know. What's the best site to purchase knife materials? I've found several and was curious what site is best for you. I'm sure it depends on the item, so I will specify what I am interested in; steel, exotic wood, handle material, mosaic pins, corby screws, abrasive wear, etc.

I'm sure someone will come along soon with the answers to your knife making questions you have. You definately chose the right forum. I just wanted to say welcome! It's nice to have another knife nut hanging out here.
 
Go to the Knife Exchange section and you'll find stickies in the sub-sections listing dealers and knifemakers.
