Been a little frustrated with my Ritter mini grip, it was sharp mind you, but not near what I wanted as I have been working on my skills. I was working on the 5k stone and could get a micro bur, remove it and then lose the edge. After several trips down memory lane with this problem. I used the lightest touch on trailing strokes and got it to where I felt I was losing the edge. I then rubbed a small bit of cheap amazon cbn 1 micron paste on a piece of pine. Bam edge rapidly increased to tree topping and I quit while I was ahead.
Now on to a sashimi knife...
