first try at a kydex sheath for KA-BAR Short

ok so this is my first ever attempt at a kydex sheath so lets see how this turns out. i forgot to take some of the pictures but i hope you get the idea

first i tape up my blade with one layer of blue tape both sides


then add a second layer but i cut an inch or so off the strip leaving the tip of the blade with one single layer do i did this on both sides




ok now here is the kydex i cut in to pieces


here it is heating up


here it is clamped


here is the outcome
