I recently picked up a BK2 and a BK11!
These are my first Becker knives. I tuned up the edges and then gave them to a friend of mine at J-Bar Holsters to have him make a kydex double sheath for them. We came up with an idea that's a little different from what I've seen available.
I'll probably strip the finish and maybe make a set of scales for the BK2.
Photos will be posted when I get them back, then I'll have to get them out and put them to work!

Congrats on the new steel. In my opinion the magic really happens with these knives when you put them to some serious use. Excited to see this sheath design. Keep us posted with some pictures. We love pictures around here...

I got my new double sheath from J-Bar Holsters yesterday and I'm very pleased!
I have not had a chance to spend any time with it on my belt, but I will during the coming week.
It's completely modular and can be worn as a single or double, left or right hand draw, on a belt as shown or it will accept molle locks for pack or plate carrier attachmnet or a tech lock can be installed, but with the tech lock the profile is quite a bit thicker.

Nice,
Clean, Simple, Green!
and modular.

looks great. Lets us know how it works under the belt.

Mighty fine setup you've got there! Two phenomenal blades close at hand.... Plus, you could run some para cord through there and necker the whole thing! ;)

Congrats on the knives, and that sheath is great. And I pity the man who has to carry a BK2 around the neck :D

That is a very interesting setup. How is the retention on the big knife? It doesn't look like it has retention anywhere on the scales and instead uses the blade for the retention. How very intriguing...

It'd still pale in comparison to the originator of the "I pity the fool"'s neckwear! :D

Retention on the BK2 is set at the front scale screw. Very positive snap when the knife is inserted.

Really Nice set up. I like it. A bit of a high ride for my comfort, but if that's how you carry it, how can it be wrong? I really dig the modularity

That's what I was thinking. I'd love to hear how it works.

I've been wearing this rig around my shop for the past two days and I love it! The retention set on the front screw recess is perfect.
It allows for a much cleaner looking mouth of the sheath, in my opinion.
Joe does good work!

I may have him make a dropped belt attachment for use in cold weather when I'm wearing a jacket.
