Well, after making the big score a while back, I finally pulled the trigger on a BK11. It arrived yesterday, so I obviously needed to get it broken in ASAP.
This morning I used it to prepare breakfast. The only negative I had was that it can't be used to get the last blob of jelly out of the jar.
I had to use a spoon on the jelly, a spatula for the eggs in the skillet, and a fork to eat the eggs. Just don't have that eat it with a knife technique that my great-grandfather used down yet.
Other than that, I used the 11 for every other task in making breakfast this morning.
First cut:

Veggies chopped:

Peanut butter being spread:

Final product:

Conclusion: The BK11 works for most kitchen tasks, but we need a BK-JK, The Becker Jelly Knife for that bottom of the jar scrapings.
