That would be decent for Busse, and points up the efficiency your video demonstrates. What’s the edge thickness at the top of the sharpened bevel, by your calipers?

about 0.85mm or 0.0335 inch, +/- 5%

That is EXCELLENT for Busse--nice and thin for that thick a chopper. Not unusual at all to see edge thickness in the .040-.050" range, even on smaller Bussekin. That thing is ground right!

Cannot WAIT to see the (hopefully) blended edges on the BIG/DC and satin blades!!!
