First Video review... ZT 0561... Gen2???

Greetings,

I have made my first YouTube knife video ever and published it. http://youtu.be/YrKZolQ9mSw

I wanted to go over the new ZT0561 I recieved, and compare it against the first run zt0560 cbcf i had in the past...

Please let me know what you think - I believe I have some work to do learning how to do focusing with a webcam, and getting my words straight.

If this is not the appropriate place for this type of post, please let me know, or move it, and I will post any future vids in the proper space.

I hope it is useful to you guys.
 
I just realized there is a dedicated forum for this type of thing. I'm sorry for the lack of forethought - hopefully, we can get it moved to the proper area.
 
Cool knife and video. Not bad for your first try. Onto the suggestions, don't overenunciate every word, it makes you sound robotic and takes away from the feel of the review. Also, it sounds like you are reading a script, it might be better to relax and be a bit more natural in the roll out. Maybe create some bullet points and talk through them, practice before hand, and then let it rip. Finally, try recording on a lighter background, that way when you get something like the reflection of the blade it doesn't contrast and washout everything else. Enjoy your knife, it's a good one. :thumbup:

Would you believe that I wasnt looking at any script or anything? That's just... how i talk when I'm getting technical \ communicating ideas. : )

Good tip on the background! I will try that...
