First whack at a display case

Converted one of the nicer boxes from the Cigar shop to hold two of my wife's favorite Busse knives. Took about an hour all told, and was pretty easy to put together. Thought it came out halfway decent-

That looks great, nice job! The only thing I would consider is using a liner that has a little less nap / texture to it just so that it does not cover over the edges of your knives.

That one's in pieces in the back yard!

Next go round, I'll follow zmbhntr's advise and use something with a little less knap on it.

Very good idea. we have enough empty cigar boxes around the shop everyday. May have to snag a couple of them.
