Fish Knife, Imperial, Providence, R.I. ...advertising

As found today at a Thrift store... Imperial "Fish Knife" with "You can Rely
on Certified" lube advertising. I debated on purchase as $18 was too close to
retail... but, the blade and scaler were in really good shape. The faux bone
plastic scales are a bit cheesy but I don't own one of these.... so home it comes.
I do like the overall shape... bottle opener and hook remover. A functional tool.
I seem to remember these with "fish knife" logo on a badge that had a fish shape.
Good snap, the scaler blade sits a tiny bit proud but the main blade is pristine.
The wife really likes this one... may end up in her tackle box.

Fish Hunter... thanks... good to very good condition I thought...pushed me over the
"purchase" edge. I bundled it with a Peetz fishing reel alarm clock...the one that has the
drag activated and a voice waking you up as the fish starts to "spool" the reel, excitable
voice takes you all the way thru hook-up then repeats until you shut off. Very cool. I gave $8.
They retail at $150. :cool:
