Does any manufacturer or dealer have a fishing knife that has a filleting blade on one end of the handle and a little scraping spoon on the other ? A good quality one ?

I am 100% sure I've seen one somewhere. I can't remember where. I will look for you.

Edit: just search in google "fillet knife with spoon" I found several results. Kershaw has got one.

Yes I had started to search. Kershaw, Rapala for some . Looking at my old Rapalas then their new catalog --saddened when I saw electric , even cordless fillet knives. I've always thought that any electric knife was dangerous .
I had mentioned the spoon type to someone who had never heard of them .He's old enough to know how to use a knife .But I think I'd just recommend a Rapala, the 6" one for here.

Try googling "dexter russell fillet/spoon" D-R makes commercial cutlery, good quality
