Fishing knife

I had recieved a fishing knife from my uncle and was wondering if anyone knew how much it is worth

It is a cutco model 1763 fishing knife it has a 2 sided serrated blade a fish with a hook in its mouth on the handle and says cutco any help would be appreciated
