Being the humble person he is, I doubt many people know of Jerry's latest honor.
He has his work on display in gallery #2 at the University of Arkansas Little Rock Fine Arts Building. It will be on display till August 14, 2002. He was chosen with three other artist from Arkansas to have their work diplayed. What an honor!
There was a reception Sunday 21st from two till four. B.R. Hughes covered the event for Blade magazine.
Jerry has made more progress in getting traditional knifemaking recognized as art than ANYONE else. All makers and collectors owe a great deal of gratitude to this man. Don't you just hate people like him?
