Here are pictures from Jerry Fisk's Micro Show!

Pull up a seat and have a look. :D For those of us who were there on Thursday, we all went out and ate together at a restaurant in Nashville. On Friday <some of us> got up early and made it to Jerry's for breakfast before having one of Jerry's 'Sit n' Spit' sessions.

After everyone had a little caffeine in their veins, we started doing a few demos by some of the best makers alive. ;) First up was Don Hanson III, showing off his hamons!

I think there was another guy doing a demo, but I'll keep it to the mastersmith's demonstrations. Next! J.R. Cook using play dough to demonstrate how he does his 'transition' damascus.

After the demos were finished, we ate and relaxed. :emot-yarr:

For the main entertainment on Friday, we were a part of a trial reenactment that was held in Old Washington like a century before. Out of the group, they selected 12 of us to be a part of the jury. Once the trial ran it's course, the jury gave their verdict. Afterward, we were told the actual outcome of the trial and what happened to the people they were reenacting.

Come to find out, they did things a lot quicker 100 years ago. The guy was found guilt of murdering his best friend over a girl. Imagine that.

But it was a lot of fun!

Great Pics Logan. Thanks for being there to take them, sharing your unique skills with us and posting these pics for us to relive the event. Good times.

After the reenactment, we went back to Jerry's house to get ready for ribs that I thought came from dinosaurs. You don't believe me...

Seriously, my first plate broke because of how big the ribs were. Ask Bob, she knows!

After eating Naaman's Championship BBQ ribs, we started the viewing of the knives. Preston Gough represented John White and John's marvelous work that came with awesome Paul Long sheaths.

A quick shot of Jerry Fisk's table. There is suppose to be an engraved cane on it, but Jerry was most likely playing with it before he had to part with it.

Glad to be doing it! The DVD and CD that everyone is getting that came to the show will have a lot more on it. I haven't been able to completely focus on the video yet. I figured I would get the slideshow CD out of the way first. I narrowed it down to around 200-300 photos out of the 1k that I ended up having. I only plan on putting up around 100-150 on here. I don't want to spoil the fun that will be sent to everyone. :D

And that is all that I have finished at the moment. Which is everything up to Saturday. My next posts will be showing some of the knives being sold, the Knife Rodeo (cutting competition), and more food! The rain really messed up what I wanted to do. My drone was grounded, because I wasn't sure how well it would fair flying around. I think I got a couple of cool shots regardless. Since it rained, we weren't able to have the Sunday shooting either.

Anyway! I'll post the rest as soon as I can. I hope you guys enjoyed what I have posted so far. I tried to let you see what I am able to see and I have really good eye sight.

For now...

After 10 years a lot of new faces and still a lot of the originals. That says A LOT.
Logan, thanks for sharing the good times with those of us who were not fortunate enough to attend.

I really enjoyed seeing these photos of all you good people talking shop and having a great time ~ I wish you all the best these coming years ~ Thank you for all that you do ~ "J"

Thank you so much for sharing these pics of the great time you had with these great people.

I've never met Jerry but everything I've seen of him in videos, he is a real crack up! He is one funny and sincere man.

I don't know who the little guy with the sheriff badge is but I would mess with the little fella! LOL

I still have some more to post! Now that Christmas is over, I'm not as buried and can finish this up. I have some fun pictures from the knife rodeo that I'll let you guys see soon. ;) I hope you all had a great New Years!
