Hello...
I am looking in a small hatchet for camping and possibly backpacking. Just wondering if any of you guys or gals have had any good or bad experience with it?

I have one and love it. It shaves the hairs of my arm with ease. Nice and light. Capable of making chunky feathersticks too.
I think teamed up with a SAK farmer or a mora, it's great.

One of the most popular and commonly used hatchets on this forum. You will find dozens of threads about it. Buy it and use it. One of the best for bang for your buck.

Great little hatchet and lightweight! I had it thinned out and convexed by Siguy and it's even better than before.

You'll be happy with it.

My ultralight wilderness trio involves either this with a Mora and a pocket knife (often a SAK Farmer) or the Fiskars slide out saw, a Mora and a pocket knife (usually a Spyderco Military)

I have one I leave in my pickup. Had a tree across the road, all I had with my to cut this tree with was the hatchet. It was 14 inched through, and I was able to get right through pretty easily. Best $25 I have spent....
