Me too, if I didn't already have one. Even so, I was tempted. Then I thought about all the millions of people in the world who don't have one, so I let the temptation go, and I suppose it went to temptation heaven.

I know, I was going to jump on it, and decided since I already have one, I should let another get this one. Besides I already got a great deal on the spear vala.

Cul, you still got the deal of the year, a beauty at that. I too was inclined to go for the Katana mostly because it's by Lachhu. I have one by Kumar already. However, I tend to appreciate Lachhu's interpretations of design especially in regards to grips/handles. That said and certainly some will claim blathsimy, I have identical swords by both Bura and Kumar. There is clearly no victor in presentation with the examples I have. If anything, I'd say Kumar led by a nose.

Yea, a Bura Katana????? Pics, or it doesn't exist....you know the rules. Don't leave us like dogs with our tongues out. :p

Both sad and relieved I didn't see this yesterday. Lord only knows I can't afford a haircut right now, much less a Katana, but alas, it's right at the tippy top of my "buy without question" list, and the list doesn't lie :)

Ah well someone swooped it up before me - Luck of the draw. Prob best tho my wife mandated no more knives since the last batch & it saved me the argument of "you didn't say anything about swords babe" :)

Hey all, new member and first purchase! I've been bit by the bug a while back - I was one of those quiet ones researching and such...I have been in contact with Yangdu on a Chit, but am intrigued by the Sirupati. We will see...
