For MY particular plans (full vine, oak leaf, and scroll engraving) I want the plain edge.

Gonna be my "Good" knife.

i.e. used on truffles an such.

I assume that's when 2006 starts and it's a 2006 model? I haven't seen an estimated release date yet anywhere though?
