Fix Bent Tip?

I bent the tip slightly on my small Insingo.

Can this be fixed or is the blade a write-off?

If I had some pictures I might be able to advise you but need to see the damage, everything can be fixed.

Just do the opposite of what you did to bend it the first time. :p:thumbup:

I doubt it's bad enough to have the blade rendered unfixable but pics would help.

I tried to bend it back.
It has mostly gone back.
It is still just a little bent.
It feels weird on the sharpening stone though.

It's difficult to photograph, but I made an attempt.

Lol, I may be a bit more OCD but it doesn't look totally straight to me. Although just a little, it looks off. Don't know what to tell you, you could just do a little bit more very light prying to straighten. However you could also wait till it sharpens out... although that could be a while.

If it feels different/weird near the tip when sharpening it is surely bent.

I was prying something.

Stupid I know, but I REALLY had to pry the thing at the time and my Sebbie was the only thing I had.
It is surprising how easily the tip bent, but it was a dumb thing to do.

My Atwood Pry Baby is now back in my pocket.
I stopped carrying it, but it is back part of the EDC again now.

At least you were able to bend it back. That would have bothered me like crazy.
