fix for Schrade SG7 Outback with blade wobble

Howdy,

I have an old Schrade USA SG7 Outback – with blade wobble. I'm guessing that the 3/8" hinge pins (?) – which each have 2 tiny half-circle cutouts - might be the key to tightening it up.
If anyone can shed some light on this and tell me what tool I need to do this, I’d be grateful. Thanks
 
Okay - I got it apart. Tightening the Chicago screws has no effect - there is still looseness/wobble in there. Am wondering if there were any bushings or maybe Teflon washers in there originally between the blade and the thin steel liners?
Can anybody shed some light on this model?
