Fix for Slippery Flipper Tab

I just got a Chaves Sangre flipper. Fantastic knife overall with one very glaring flaw: the flipper tab is polished incredibly smooth. With its heavier detent, my finger slips off it quite often when I’m trying to deploy it. What’s something simple I can do to add texture?

Rough it up with sand paper or a file lightly. Use hand tools not a Dremel Tool.
