I found a way to fix the detent for knives that use liner locks. It's pretty simple, all you have to do is find something like paper, a piece of plastic, or tape and you can make the detent stronger.

I fixed the detent on my Kershaw JYD II. I took some electrical tape folded the sticky sides together and cut the piece into a small square. Then all I did was wedge it where the liner lock meets the G10 and now the detent on my JYD II is great. This should work on any liner locking knife.

You are just essentially increasing the spring pressure. This way will work but it could fall out of you could also slightly bend the lock bar over more. Might have to disassemble the knife though depending on how much room there is.

This will hold the blade closed better but will also make unlocking the knife a little harder which is the only downside I could see. Glad it worked out for you.
