Yes, the RAT-7 collectors has a Satin Finish blade and Rams Horn handles, it also comes with a Leather Pouch sheath instead of the nylon. Its all NIB perfect condition.
 
Its the TOPS Condor alert, and I pulled it for keeps, it grew on me, not really a fan of TOPS stuff and then I got this one in a trade, it fits the hand very well and has really great balance, overall a great survival knife...I just bought some more knives though...OK, I'll edit the post above for the price. EDIT: and I mineral oiled the mycarta after I pulled it, the handle is almost as black as the blade now, I think it looks much better.

It's nice but a bit outside my price range at the moment. I could do 100 + a used SOG Pentagon or some other tactical gear if you're interested.
