Fixed blade backup help

Hi All,

Been a while since I've visited... I dare say I forgot my user id and pw and it took me this long to figure it out

Anyway, I've been thinking about changing my off duty carry from a folder to a fixed. I've been using the older Endura for a while and really like the VG-10.

Been looking at the Spydie Ronin, SOG Topo, and the KBAR TDI. Really like the Ronin but the cost is high. Like the topo except for the grip cutout :barf: and like the TDI but am unsure about the angle... seems like it would be useful for thrusting but unure about slicing cuts.

I've liked the VG-10 on my Spydie, but am not sure of the benefits of AUS-6 and 8 on the other two. My SOG Seal is AUS-6 but, to be honest, I haven't really tested it to find out what it can do...

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You may want to post this in Blade discussion forum. The TDIs look interesting; there have been a few reviews in the reviews section of them. I also did a review of the Ronin; it was a passaround.
