so im looking at getting an izzy 2 for edc blade. i was wondering how everyone that carried a fixed blade on a daily basis, how they do it. if you could a pic would be helpful also.

This is how I carry my Izulas (at about 1 o'clock):

is it comfortable like that. i was thinking like that. is that a left handed draw position

Sometimes in the front pocket, right now my Izula is clipped vertical at 1:00. Also put it at my 8 IWB on the occasion.

Yeah, I can't even tell it's there.

Yup, set up for left handed cross draw.

I mostly EDC folders but when I do carry my Izula 2, it's like this: 11 o'clock right-handed cross-draw... very comfortable

is it really secure using the paracord for an attaching method. i was going to order the kit that comes with the belt clip. can that clip be oriented in the horizontal position

Don't have an Izzy but I do rock a bk14. Left arse pocket. Anyone not in the know on knife handle shapes don't have a clue what it is.

I have the kit and I've never even tried the clip. I like the paracord. It's pretty easy and convenient to remove the knife from the belt too, imo.

BTW Clich: I've sent my BK-11 out for some custom scales and pants... gonna be bee-yoo-tee-ful when she's done! :D
