Sorry to start another thread about this, however I can not find any "exact" answers. What I'm looking for is a small fixed blade EDC that offers multiple carry positions(Horizontal, boot, etc) and can be concealed fairly easily. I have been looking at some bark rivers, ESEE, MercWorx, etc.

Thanks Guys!

Right out of the box, I would think the ESEE Izula would fit your needs best. Good little knife too.

Kydex or leather?

We have some very talented sheath makers here that can probably put together exactly what you're looking for for any knife you like.

Rupestris does make a good point. It would probably be better to pick a knife that you find yourself using often and having a sheath custom fitted to your needs. What would your EDC needs entail?

I'm pretty fond of the swamp rat swamp warden but it lacks a sheath which if your going to consider a custom sheath it shouldn't matter however if you want a decent
sheath from the factory the izula is the way to go imo.

Isula and Nimravus Cub already listed...
I could only add Spyderco's Bill Moran - very nice blades both drop point and upswept. Like them very much. And they can be carried in various positions.

Nothing wrong with the ESEE Izula. You also ought to look at the Becker BK11 and BK14. Here's the 11...

There are alot of blades that can be carried horizontally, neck, etc...but you need a good sheath to carry boot. For a good boot, I would suggest the CRKT stiff K.I.S.S., however you will either have to modify the existing sheath, or buy a new one.

I've carried a Spyderco street beat everyday for the last two years.

Another Pic to show the custom sheath I had made for it.

I also vote for the Benchmade Nim Cub II. It comes with a small and very versatile sheath which allows different carry options.
