oh yeah. Does spyderco make any fixed blade fighters. Kydex and tec lok kinda thing?

What do you mean by fighters? Most Spyderco fixed blades are Kydex with Tek Lok.

Moran, Temperance, Perrin, and Kumo are all examples that come to mind. Wouldn't call them "fighters" though.

SWICK is Tek Lok compatible, but I couldn't classify that as a fighter either.

I'd say the Kumo and the fix Lum, and the Perrin could be classified as fighters. Of course, they could be classified as utility knives as well.

Well Scott if the Temperance is not geared to be a fighting/SD type knife then why did they make a trainer for it  > The FB Temperance and the Ronin would be my 2 picks for Spyderco fixed blade tacticals ;)

However I am gaining more and more respect for the Perrin as time goes by.

Oh I didn't say it wasn't suited for it, but when I hear the term "fighter" I think of a massive and heavy clip point blade with a guard, not a small light blade like the Temp. The term always seems to get applied to big knives, at least in my limited experience.

My first choice in a fixed spydie ´fighter´would be the Temperance. But I think a ´real´fighter (carry is not as important as the ability to fight or ´duel´) should be a lot longer.
