Does anyone carry this way? If so what attachment/sheath combo are you using. I've got a surefire echo and a new Busse battle grade active duty that I would like to find a way to carry IWB if possible. Let's see some photos of IWB carry options.

for kydex sheaths you can use a J hook, a spyderco Gclip a soft loop or just a piece of paracord

You can just tie a loop through an eyelet (or two), stick the sheath in your waist band with the loop(s) hanging out, and thread your belt through the loop(s). Just anchors the sheath to your belt.
