Can i legally carry my Rat Izula concealed In Pennsylvania or do i have to carry it open? thanks

There is no law against at the state level per se other than for autos. So technically you can carry any fixed or folder concealed.

However, know that relaxed state laws often are filled in by county and city laws. So look up your local county codes and municipal codes.
