Howdy!
I have been lurking about for awhile now, and have noticed that most of the topics concern the folding knives. Personally, it was Chris' fixed blades that grabbed my attention, starting about 1985, or so.
Are there any other fixed blade fans out there? So far, my gigantic collection consists of a South African aviator, a 4'' NICA tanto, and a current MKVI.

As much as I love the Sebenza's, I've been a huge fan of Chris' fixed bladed knives! Both my wife and I use them in the field. Her an Aviator and me a camo Shadow IV. I wouldn't be caught out in the woods without one; and a Sebenza for back up! :)

Mine are a Mountaineer II and a Green Beret. My Mtn II is one of my favorite knives. Thought of getting a Shadow IV, too.

Most of the folks I know have at least one of each type (folding or fixed). I have a large and a small Seb, an S-IV, and the large GB.

I love my CRK's.Mountaineer II for me,Mountainer I for my 9 year old son.We use them alot and we never leave for the woods without them.

Mr. Reeve's fixed blades are what first attracted my attention as well. Unfortunately, I collect what I can carry, so I've only bought one, a 3V Nkonka. I love it. I won't be buying to many more fixed blades, I simply don't need them anymore.

4" NICA tanto fixed blade? Where can I find a picture of one of those?!

I'm a big fan of the Sable. I use a 4" Sable III, and I have a 5.5" Al Mar/CRK collaboration, which is basically a modified Sable IV, and a 12.5" Sable as a dinosaur steak knife :D

Here is a pic or two of my NICA tanto......

Yeah, for the longest time I didn't even know that CRK made anything BUT fixed blades. It was definitely the fixed blades that caught my attention. They're awesome, as well as the entire CRK staff. Great customer service! I have a Jereboam MK1 with sawteeth, and I love it.

Just picked up my first CRK a 5.5 aviator OD green. What a piece it is, can't wait to put it to work. I've been cut once now I'm hooked.
