You will probably have to narrow that down a bit to get useful replies......there are, literally, hundreds of possibilities.
Lynn Griffith puts out a very nice model called "Sniper". Bob Dozier does some great backup knives and his D2 steel is my favorite.
Lots of great neck knives by Pat Crawford.
Some cheaper ones By Columbia River.
And so on and so on..........

Check some online dealers like the Knife Center and ABC Direct to get an idea of what grabs you.....then come back for some input and experiences from the people here.

Cold Steel Desperado!!!

Take a look at this knife. For inside front waistband carry, this knife can't be beat! I have been carying mine for about 3 or 4 years now. The handle might look strange but let me tell you, it is incredible.

You might want to take a look at puukkos. One of the numerous advantages of puukko sheaths is it's easy to find the wide mouth to resheath; they make great pocket sheath knives. You might start at www.chaicutlery.com

This post is not merely the author's opinions; it is the trrrrrruth. This post is intended to cause dissension and unrest and upset people, and ultimately drive them mad. Please do not misinterpret my intentions in posting this.

There's also the Nimravus Cub (I carry it almost daily, totally concealed until I want it seen) and the Spyderco Moran (again, easily concealed, especially with a River City sheath). I like the REKAT Utility Neck Knife, if you can find one before they're all sold up (it has been discontinued). Similarly the REKAT Fang, although I don't have one of those. Another I can think of is the Mission Knives... MPU (I think). Then there's Newt Livesay's numerous offerings. And the Boker Nealy in tanto or dropped point. Lots of options; it just depends on what you're wanting to do with it, and how much you want to spend.

If you're willing to spend a few extra bucks, a couple of custom makers that haven't been mentioned are Dr. Lathe (Neil Blackwood Knives) or Alan Folts.

Hope this has confused the issue enough...

How about a Bud Nealy Pesh Kabez or a Benchmade Nimravus or Nimravus Cub? What's your price range?

Yeah! Drop the chalupa...

Holy crap what a question! If you want a pocket fixed blade, I'll point you in the direction of Sean Perkins first and foremost, then maybe to some of Jens Anso's smaller knives. You can't pass up Rob Simonich for some nice, easy to conceal medium sized blades (Cetan and Cetan tanto), and there are a million other makers with knives in this size range. I think what it will boil down to is sheath. You can have a really potentially concealable fixed blade that is limited in carry options by the sheath it comes with. This is where custom sheath makers, especially with Kydex or Concealex, will become your friend. If you are willing to spend $30-$50 for a custom carry rig that will do whatever you want it to do, then realitically and fixed blade knife will work, within reason (i.e. don't expect a Trailmaster to function as a good IWB carry knife).

Thanks Rockspyder!
Forum member Arizona posted a review of my LiteWave a few weeks ago in the review and testing area. He noted that the knife/sheath combo was very comfortable to carry IWB!

How's that for modesty? Lynn's Patrolman is an example of perfection when it comes to small fixed blades for daily carry. Between Neil Blackwood and Lynn Griffith, you can get a fantastic product that won't kill your budget, and you'll see what customer service SHOULD be. Check out their websites, or do a search on the Review forums. I guarantee you'll be glad you did.

I think the BM Nimravus would be an excellent choice. I changed my clip for inside the waist carry and it is very comfortable. The overall size for me is great also, not to big and not to small. You should pick one up and handle it before you but anything. Hope this helps.

I'll second the suggestion on both the Desperado and the puukko. I love my Desperado, and had an IWB sheath made for my puukko. Both are GREAT!

Any of Bud Nealy's knives. I really like the new Y2K model. He Nine position carry system is fantastic.

Also look at his designs in knives made by Boker.

I'm with TheMartialWay and Brian_Turner - look at the CS Desperado. It's one mean concealed carry piece! It's not your typical utility knife (though it can cut through boxes like a hot knife through butter), but you can use your folders for that.
