Fixed blade recomendation

Looking for a good quality fixed blade , approx 3" blade andn comes with sheath that can be worn horizontally on belt. Got about 100 bucks to spend.
 
I'm not sure what kind of sheath comes with it but you could look into a Gerber Gator Fixed blade. I think this has a 154CM blade now too! You'll have some of that $100 left over too. :)
 
the new snody resistors are about that size and are real smooth with no rough edges to catch on clothes. it also has a real beefy feelt ot it for a small knife. the sheath has several options for carry. don't know if horizontal is one of the options, but it is a kydex sheath so anyhting is possible.
 
Spyderco Moran Featherweight (upswept or drop point - your choice although I prefer the upswept) light and easy to carry in any position.
