I'm looking to get a fixed blade rescue knife, and the two that I'm thinking about are:
tops interceptor 341 police utility

Blade Style: Bull Nose
Are either of these any good? I don't plan to use it in water, so is there no point in getting the stainless blade? Which would you choose and are there other sheepfoot fixed blades for <100 preferably with bright handles?
