Fixed-blade sheath to scout-style converter?

Anybody know of a product that will convert a small to medium standard fixed-blade sheath to scout style horizontal or diagonal?
 
Over the counter manufactured product?
Don't know of one.
DIY and make your self a scout sheath.

Want a quick fix?
How about some Ranger bands, aka chunks of bicycle inner tube cut into fat rubber bands.
Put them over the sheath and run the belt thru them as well.
 
Not a bad idea, but I was hoping for something a bit more refined for everyday use. I should probably just have one made.
