fixed blade with built in sheath

i remember a while ago i saw a picture of a knife (i think it was a old gerber or sog but i cant remember for the life of me) and it had a brass "edge guard" of sorts that would rotate onto the blade (coving the edge) from the handle. when using the knife it would fold onto the handle. any help would be much appreciated
 
I have one, had it since the early 80's. Sharp little knife, the handle sports a variet of wrench openings. Someone else did a repro on them but I forget who it was.

actually i was looking for the benchmark/gerber sos. perfect guys! now the real question is how to find one? 0.o
