Fixed Blade with Serpa-like sheath?

Hello all,
I am looking for a fixed blade with a blade in the 3"-4" range that comes with a sheath with some sort of automatic retention, similar to the Blackhawk Serpa holster. Does anyone know of anything that meets these criteria?

I can't think of any, at least not with a factory sheath. The sheath on my Gerber Prodigy has a sort of "overmolded" tab that pops into place when the knife is inserted into the sheath, but unless my sheath just has more flex than most, the knife can be drawn without deliberately pushing the tab. You might actually want to consider looking at boot knives and/or dive knives, where the sheath provides 100% of the retention without any buttons or velcro.

Why?

Unless you really like serpa holsters, why would you want all the problems that come with active retention when you can essentially solve that with kydex and a retention strap.
