I have a few fixed blades for sale, need to make room.

Folders for sale here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/957731-Folders-for-sale
and traditional patterns here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...-and-Utility-patterns?p=10901684#post10901684

I'll let the pics show condition.

I think the prices I'm asking are reasonable & fair; I'm open to fair offers, but lowball offers will be politely ignored. My priority is selling these, but I do have a trade list at the bottom of this post.

The rules:
~ By committing to buy, you acknowledge that you are over 18 and the knife/knives you are buying are legal to own in your jurisdiction.
~USPS money order only; I might take a check if I've had dealings with you before.

Shipping:
~ Shipping on single knives will be $5., but if you buy two or more, I'll cover shipping.
Shipping will be by USP Priority Mail, with insurance and delivery confirmation. I'll ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment. (Our mail delivers late in the afternoon.)
~No international sales.

FIXED BLADES:

#16 - Cattaraugus cleaver $20. New & unused. 9-3/4" long overall. Chrome or nickel plated blade, right-hand chisel grind. Neat old kitchen chopper from the post WWII era. Bernard Levine made an interesting comment on these here (post #2):

#17 - Cheaper Than Dirt Bowie -$20. This one has been advertised by several internet sellers under various names. Basically, it's a thick-bladed clip-point with a coffin handle. I think the scales are rosewood, and they're shrinking. I bought this one to practice throwing, and got bored with it after a short time. The tip broke, and I ground it down to a stronger point. The sheath is actually much nicer than the knife.

#18 – Cold Steel Bush Ranger $60. Used & sharpened. Carbon V steel. Blade finish is stripped. No sheath. I love this knife, but I have too many others that get carried & used; this one just sits in the box. (I'll probably regret selling this one.)

#19 - Smith & Wesson #CKSUR4G - $25. SOLD The part number for this one should be: MNSPB [Mall-Ninja-Sharpened-Pry-Bar]. It is not bent; the camera angle just makes it look that way. This model was supposedly designed by Morgan Taylor, and if it is, he really needs to find another job. ¼" thick blade, tanto point, plain edge. The serrations on top of the blade are . . . well, useless. (I read somewhere that they're for cutting through sheet metal.) The sheath sucks, and will self-destruct if you look at it for more than six seconds. The edge bevels are ground unevenly, and it may actually hold an edge for a little while if you re-profile it. Lots of "hot-spots" around the angular edges of the handle, which could use some re-profiling as well. I bought this as a cactus chopper, and ended up getting a Himalayan Imports CAK before I had a chance to use this one.

#20 – R.H. Forstner #403-12" Butcher – $25. Used, needs sharpening. Made by Victorinox. We had a nice Russell butcher knife that I ruined; it was my wife's favorite knife. I bought this one to make amends. (She let me back in the apartment a week later.) We have several others that serve the purpose now. Good steel, nice rosewood handle. I have an A.G. Russell sleeve it will ship in.

#21 - Generic unlabeled kitchen knife $12. Used, and shows it. Unknown U.S. manufacturer; Bernard Levine commented that it might be Ontario. Carbon steel blade, beechwood(?) handle scales, carbon steel rivets holding the scales on. This one closely resembles the type made in bulk for some hardware stores, and were either very faintly marked or not marked at all on the knife itself (just the box they came in.) The blade will take and hold a good edge, but I haven't used or sharpened this one in several years. I'd keep it, but I have several other kitchen knives around the same size.

Trade interests: I need a good quality (A.G. Russell) 10" chef's Knife; I'm also interested in: SAK alox Farmer, Spyderco Manix II, Spyderco translucent blue Manix II, Spyderco Gayle Bradley, Boker Orca, Becker BK-2, and I'll add others as they come to mind.
