It appears the Nightstick has been discontinued. The price always kept me from picking it up.

Does anyone here have the Enuff2? I just can't seem to drop the money on one.

How about the BPS Citizen? Just indecisive about it.

Same with this one.

Anyone have any of those? Any comments?

What do you want to do with the knife?

The 4 knives you give are different designs for different usages, specialized in different things.

Just to carry and have in the collection. I have about 30 fixed blades. These are the few I don't have.

I had the nightstick, insanely thin and sharp design. The handle scales are thin and polished as well, so you really only get the one dimension in terms of grip, what you see in the silhouette is what you get. I sold mine because I didn’t really carry it much do to it’s pretty specific purpose.

I waited for the nightstick with bated breath, bought it, used it, sold it. Strange name, the spydie hole annoyed me, and the placement even more so, I felt the handle was too smooth and would make SD use dangerous
It's definitely a weapon Moreso than a tool. Was surprised it wasn't flying off the shelf at BHQ. Anyway done deal

I like spyderco folders. I usually edc a manix. I would never buy one of their fixed blades with that stupid hole there for no reason.

I feel the same way. I was very interested when I saw it but the price is just nuts.

It's VG-10 and FRN for $168. I'd think twice at $100. :(

Same with this one.

Coincidentally, this version of the fixed-blade Elementum uses 10Cr15CoMov (Chinese VG-10) and G-10 for $85. You know, about half the price of the Enuff 2!

Sure, Spyderco is an American company but the Enuff 2 is still an overseas-produced knife in distinctly non-premium materials. While I'd prefer the thinner blade of the Enuff 2 over the fixed-blade Elementum, I wouldn't expect much difference in the steel itself. I have more experience with their 9Cr18Mov and 14C28N but WE seems to do a decent heat treatment on their 10Cr15CoMov.

Aside from the thicker blade, one thing that has prevented me from trying the fixed-blade Elementum is that the guard analagous to the folding version's flipper tab seems inefficiently placed to me.
