Fixed Damascus Under 3"

I'll like to find a dressy fixed Damascus under 3" for EDC. In a perfect world it would have these features, but I'm flexible:

fixed Damascus blade less than 3"
overall length less than 7"
Wharncliffe geometry (Kershaw Leek-ish)
natural (wood, stag, leather, etc.) handle

Any suggestions?

Izula damascus. Not a wharnie, but a beloved 2.5" fixed blade. Should be easy enough to find someone to make custom handles in the material of your choice, or you could always make them yourself.

To meet your criteria perfectly you will likely need to go custom, as Odog27 suggested.
