Is it worth the money, or is there better for the price? Details on how comfortable, tough, heavy, ect? Thanks in advance.

I have Doug Ritter's RSK Mk3 - what you might call the "fixed Rittergrip", which is a semi-custom version of the fixed grip, and I absolutely love it.

The blade is S30V with the classic Rittergrip shape and finish, but noticably larger and thicker than the fullsize folding Rittergrip. The handle and sheath are also different from the standard fixed grip. The handle is G10 with a much more subtle surface than the standard fixed grip - very cool! The Rittergrip sheath is ballistic nylon with a kydex insert, but more like that of the Becker knives than the standard fixed grip sheath, though it doesn't have a front pouch.

It is a lighter weight knife than something like the Beckers or the Ranger knives, but I'm much more likely to carry a lighter-weight knife. It handles great, takes a fantastic edge, and looks great. Well worth the price.

Much more information at http://www.equipped.org/rsk_mk3.htm

While I love my Ritter Grip folder, I opted for the BM fixed blade Griptilian instead of the Ritter. It's in 154CM, I love the sheath (it's stiff), and I'm betting it could hold it's own against the Ritter FB (sorry Doug, got to say how I feel). But I'll add this side note: if money is no object, then go for it.

Regards
