As we don't hear much about David these days, here 's a short story and a couple of pictures...
A couple of years ago I've bought a Denali folder from David. The knife had a tiny construction problem and he asked me to sent it back to have a look. In the end he makes me another knife and put this 3" fixed blade in the package too. I guess it's not necessary to go foreward regarding David's service and kindness.
I've always liked this knife but I've found the sheath too massive sometimes to place the knife in my back pocket.
I've asked french knifemaker Sacha Thiel to build a small kydex sheath for this one with the goal of carrying it more often. The sheath is looking less traditionnal than the original one but still looking great with this grey micatra.
