Fixing the Handle on my custom folding Knife?

I Bought a custom knife while on vacation , a few things have gone bad since the purchase the pocket holder has come loose .trying to find the right size looks like a 5 star diver to tighten it . And the the one side of the handle came off . can I epoxy the handle back on . It does have 2 little screws on the handle .
 
Welcome to the forum.

The right type driver for the pocket clip is a torx driver. If the handle has screws,why use epoxy? What was the approx. price of this custom folder and where was it made?
 
That doesn't sound like a great "custom" knife unfortunately and you shouldn't have to be fixing it so soon... Would it be better to contact the maker to see if they can resolve the issues?
