Fixing Up Some Old Knives

I have some knives here that are fairly old, and I'm thinking of getting rid of them, but before I do, I want to fix them up to get the most money out of them.

-I have a Winchester brass folding knife, I don't know what it was called now, but it's a little loose. I don't see any pivot screws or anything. Any advice on tightening it up?

-I have a Dale Earnhardt collector's edition #3 folding knife, also with no visible pivot screw, although it looks like the 3 emblem is removable, but I haven't tried. What about tightening this one?

-I have an old, no idea how old, but old, small japanese fixed blade. 4 3/4" overall, with a 2 7/8" blade. The blade appears to have some very slight surface rust, any idea of how to remove it?

Thanks in advance for any advice. ;)

If the knives are pinned construction, they can be tightened by tiny taps with a hammer on the bolsters, but it's risky and very easy to screw up.

Light surface rust can be removed with oil and steel wool, although this may still leave small scratches on the finish.
