I had the priviledge to score an early piece of Matt Cucciara's work from TheBadGuy last month. Jason had a bunch for sale and this small one with a rare hand-rubbed finish and no fizzzzz..... :(

Matt saw his other work getting scarfed up and this lonely one had no takers. He posted a free offering to 'fizzz it up' to the new owner, if wanted. For free. That's when I hit the 'send' button....

Well, Jason and I struck our deal and he sent it directly to Matt. About a week later it's back in the mail to me....

I couldn't be more pleased. Matt's FIZZ has really gotten cleaner and cleaner, and is a signature of his, along with his carved clips these days. I'll settle for the FIZZ alone. :)

It's an old familiar face with a new look. Nice coloring on the ti.

Thanks to ALL! :D

That FIZZ is real cool - very nice knife overall. That was a terrific gesture by Matt.

Coop,

Matt's obviously a very talented maker and sounds like a great guy. What a way to stand behind his customers. All around great looking knife but that fizz pattern is what really caught my eye, great work. Congrats.

Looks good! I like the anodizing. Not overdone at all, seems subtle in the picture. Very water-like! Fun knife!
