FL Residents and Military history buff alert!

I'm a tour/answer guy at the UDT-SEAL Museum, Fort Peirce FL, on my day off and do special events. Did you know FT P was the location of huge Navy amphibious base where UDT was created and we trained for the landing at Normandy? We get people from all over the world coming to see the museum, which is military history buffs wet dream. Check out some time.

Anyway, the 33d Annual Muster is coming up first week in Nov. It's a big event with demos, dogs, music, booze, museum tours, etc, etc. and a great time all around. Here's the intel if interested:

On the other side of the country...Paul Allen's FHC is opening a new hanger 10 NOV, expanding the exhibit size 30%. Attendance is free for Military and vets.

Have driven by there several times (have a family member that lives right down the road) and always thought about stopping in but just neve have pulled the plug. Maybe next time I'm up in the area I'll stop in!
