I don't see too many sheaths with a flap that completely covers the knife.
I just got a DPX HEFT 4 and it has the flap over nylon sheath with a molded plastic insert. I really like it. The only other knife I know of that comes with a similar sheath is the Tops Dragonfly.
For a knife I carry on my belt, I prefer a high riding kydex sheath, but for something that will be attached to the side of my 'pack the fold over sheath seems like the way to go. The knife is secure, protected from the elements (somewhat) and easily accessible.
Anyone know of someone who could make a custom flap over nylon sheath for other fixed blades, like a Bark River Bushcrafter?
