Flared tube rivets?

Curious if anyone has a setup or point me in the right direction for a simple setup to flare tubes to rivet handle scales? I've used the two screw heads or ball bearings in a vice as well as the custom dies from USA knifemaker and arbor press Both methods work ok, in my head there has got to be a better way.

I've been thinking about trying something like this. For a sort of one-size-fits-many type of option.

If you epoxy your tubes in, a simple low tech method is an archery field point. Put one side on the bench vise anvil, tap tap, flip and repeat. Hope this helps.

I like that idea nick I appreciate it. They make a handheld hydraulic tool for copper pipes I'm wondering if I can modify it for this.
