Flashlight headband

I've been seeking a good headband to convert a handheld flashlight to a headlamp. So far I have only found three products and they all hold the flashlight in a fixed position (one product has two positions)and removing the flashlight from the band can not be done quickly. An ideal product would have a fixed ring attached to the flashlight that could clip into the headband. When attached to the headband the flashlight should also have a feature that allows for it to be rotated to any desired angle. A button would release the light, so you can pop it off and have a hand light. When backpacking I constantly want to switch between a handheld and a headlamp and would like to take advantage of my high quality handhelds.

Any ideas?

How big are the lights you're talking about?

They sell these at Wal*Mart for less than $20, IIRC.
