you could look at fenix lights. the E15 only lists 170 as the output from 1x123, the PD22 is 210 max from the same. There is also the PD12.
All my fenix lights are AA or AAA, but they have been great.
It appears the Lens Light line is priced way out there, and sold by vendors who sell specialty "boy toys" at stratospheric prices; that said, may I recommend the Sunwayman M11R, up to 262 lumens with rechargeable batteries, 4 modes, off, low, med, high, and built like a tank. Reviews on the www are extremely positive, with a street price of about $60.00. An optional extender will allow you to use the pedestrian AA battery in a pinch in place of the shorter CR123A.
Xeno e03 on Li-Ion? It's about 500 OTF lumens with a 14500 cell, should cost you less than $40 shipped. Mine's held up superbly ever since I got it and I've encountered no issues whatsoever with it.
